01Where does Credway operate?
We work out of Onitsha, so Onitsha, Asaba, Awka and the rest of Anambra and nearby Delta are our everyday ground. We also move customers to and from anywhere in Nigeria — interstate runs are routine for us, not an exception.
02How is the cost worked out?
From your load, the distance, and the crew and truck the job needs. You get that figure before moving day, not after we have packed.
03Can I hire only a truck?
Yes. Truck hire with a driver is a service on its own. It is common for shop stock, equipment, and project materials, not only household moves.
04What if my new place is not ready?
We store your things and deliver them when you are ready. This is one of the more common reasons customers call us, so it is a normal thing to ask.
05Can I book and pay on this website?
Not yet. Sending an enquiry starts a conversation so we can understand the job and quote it properly. Booking is confirmed with our team directly.
